The woman who was slammed for refusing to get out of her date's car because he took her to The Cheesecake Factory has reflected on the negative comments.
Alicia went viral on TikTok last week after a clip saw her awkwardly locking her passenger-side door as her date Jay tried to let her out of the car.
You can take a look at the terribly awkward exchange below:
"He got me at The Cheesecake Factory y'all. I ain't getting out of this car," she said, becoming an instant meme in the process.

"What's wrong with that?" Jay asks, as Alicia, still looking at her phone, replied: "This is a chain restaurant, who takes someone that looks like this to a chain restaurant?"
Jay then gets back in the car to have a discussion about why the restaurant was not up to her standard.
Brushing the hair off her shoulder, the woman said: "When you take out a beautiful woman, and you're courting her, because I get courted.
"You're supposed to take care of her, you're supposed to cover her, you're supposed to protect her, cherish her, treat her well."

"I expect a girl to be respectful, I expect her to be cooperative," Jay hit back.
Following a host of negative replies in the comments, Alicia has since reflected on her actions.
Just days after the viral video, Jay and Alicia sat down with Kevin Wesley on Kevin Wesley THE TRUTH FACTory to discuss what went down.

Alicia said: "I felt like [he] didn't see my value. In that moment, I felt like I needed the support of my viewers in that moment.
"I discuss relationships and things like that, so I thought that that was a good opportunity for me to have that conversation and see like what does everybody else think.
"I wasn't really taking [Jay's] feelings into consideration, I wasn't trying to be necessarily malicious or anything."

She added: "To be fair, I was always raised that the man is supposed to cater to you. You're courting me, so court me. That means wherever I want to go, you take me. Whatever I want, you buy me. That's courting. I'm looking for a provider."
Jay then explained: "Women kind of have this image of me based on the video, which hasn't helped. It's like they might think everything about me is reflected in that video, and I don't think it is.
"Her recording me did feel like that's where she was trying to take advantage.
"It felt at the time that [she was] trying to get a free meal from a fancy restaurant and then get content from me too to post on YouTube or Facebook."
