Tom Holland has opened up about his relationship with Zendaya.
The two first connected when they were cast as Spider-Man and MJ in Homecoming back in 2016.
They sparked dating rumours the following year but it wasn't until 2021 when paparazzi caught them making out.

However, it seems like Tom had his eyes on his leading lady for a lot longer.
In an interview with BuzzFeed, the actor revealed Zendaya was his 'childhood crush'.
He was asked how he would rate his rizz and his answer would surprise you.

For the uninitiated, rizz is your charisma and charm, and it's used to pick up a potential partner.
“I have no rizz whatsoever. I have limited rizz,” he told the outlet.
“I need you to fall in love with me, really, for it to work.
"So, long game. Probably making a movie with each other.

"Definitely helps when the characters you’re playing are falling in love with one another—you can sort of blur the lines a little bit.
"That’s kind of where my rizz is at.
"And I’m, you know, I’m locked up, so I’m happy and in love. So I’ve got no need for rizz.”
Sounds like them being cast in the same film has really helped his chances at being with his crush.

It seems he has perfectly manifested his childhood crush as they have been going steady for at least the last two years.
He joked back in 2017 when Homecoming came out that Zendaya was his celebrity crush from when he was growing up.
Holland quickly backtracked and said it was Jennifer Aniston, however it seems like he was definitely telling the truth even back then.

Tom says he is regularly bombarded by Zendaya with memes.
When answering 30 questions for BuzzFeed, he said: "It’s nonstop. She sends me too much, it’s like, I can’t keep up!
"I delete my Instagram for days at a time.
"I download it to post and then I have to check my messages, and I’ll have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of things from her.”
