The penultimate episode of Peaky Blinders has involved one of the most gruesome scenes we've witnessed as viewers were 'screaming' at their telly.
Well, before we get into the 'sauna penis scene', let's give it a bit of context first.
Episode five of the last ever season six was certainly an eventful one and it featured a forgotten Peaky character Billy Grade, played by Emmett J Scanlan.
He was introduced in season five and was hired by the Shelby family to help them fix horse racing and football matches.
Billy was a former pro footballer who made the transition to singing for a living.
That was until the Blinders found a different purpose for him and forced him to work for them.
Fast forward to the latest episode of hit BBC show, a shaken up Billy was minding his own business in a sauna/steam after unwillingly killing a referee who wouldn't obey Arthur's orders.
It was the first time Billy had killed a man and he was seemingly a bag of nerves, sitting unclothed in the hot steam room.
The former footballer, all of a sudden, hears footsteps...and creeping up on him was mobster Jack Nelson (James Frecheville).
Also known as Uncle Jack, he was in possession of, what look liked cutting wire in his hand.
Shockingly, Nelson wraps it around his genitalia as blood begins to drip down his leg.
Uncle Jack then reveals: "I hear you're the informant in the Shelby organisation."
Nelson quite literally 'had him by the balls' and got Billy to help him take down the Peaky Blinders.
Poor Billy, who's had quite a rough day, to say the least, agrees to everything the mobster wants and was left down on his bloody knees.
The grim scene, that has still got me sitting cross legged since viewing, has shocked fans who simply couldn't believe what they witnessed.
Notably, it was suggested in season five that there was a 'black cat' working in the Shelby organisation as Tommy's plans to assassinate Mosley were thwarted.
At the time, Scanlan hinted at Billy potentially being the rat.
Speaking to Digital Spy, he said: "Some guy in my gym shouted 'RAT' across the floor after the final episode aired.
"But hypothetically speaking, would you blame him if he did [betray Tommy Shelby]?
"They do force him, threaten him, manipulate him into doing their bidding.
"They do bully him psychologically and physically.
"So if he did, and I'm not saying he did, would you blame him?"
The episode five synopsis reads: "In the light of extraordinary personal revelations, Tommy takes a course of action that will change everything. Meanwhile his enemies' plans start to fall into place."
