One thing you can certainly say of Britain's Got Talent is that you're sure to find all sorts of performers willing to give it a go.

We've had a man setting himself on fire while attempting to solve a Rubik's cube, one contestant farted his way through his performance, a lady once showed up to throw eggs at Simon Cowell (and is now an acclaimed composer) and Mr Blobby once graced the stage with his presence.

However, one act from yesterday's (20 April) show had judge Alesha Dixon trying to walk away.

BGT contestant, Kimberly Winter, came from the US and said she wanted to 'sing' for Simon Cowell and become a 'worldwide' star with her performance.

The judges settled in for what they thought was going to be a singing act, and as ABBA's 'The Winner Takes It All' started playing in the background, it really seemed to be going that way.

Then Kimberly opened her mouth and let out one of the mightiest burps ever performed on TV.

Alesha slapped the judge's table and stood up, Simon's face dropped and Bruno Tonioli shouted 'oh no'.

Amanda Holden seemed to be less surprised, instead holding her hands up with a big grin on her face.

Kimberly continued to belch her way through 'The Winner Takes It All' until she got a chuckle out of Simon, before Alesha decided enough was enough and pressed her red buzzer.

Bruno then pressed his as well, but an act needs all four to stop them in their tracks, and it looked like Simon and Amanda were really enjoying what they were watching by now.

"We weren't expecting that," was Simon Cowell's honest review of the performance, and by now the crowd were coming round to supporting Kimberly.

With things hinging on the judge's vote, Bruno and Alesha voted 'no', while Simon and Amanda gave Kimberly's burping skill a 'yes'.

In the end Kimberly sailed through with three 'yes' votes and the judges can't wait to see what she does next. (ITV)

Amanda then joined in on the burping, prompting Alesha to declare 'I'm out of here' as she got out of her seat and tried to walk off.

Cowell joined in on burping into his microphone, and Alesha grabbed Bruno's arm to try and get him to leave with her.

While Alesha might not have been willing to change her vote, the other judges and Kimberly burping his name called Bruno back to the judge's table where he reversed his vote.

"Just because I can't possibly imagine how you're going to out-gross this grossness, I'll change it around," he said as he switched his vote, sending Kimberly through 3-1 as she belched loudly in celebration.

Just another day of Britain's Got Talent, best of luck Kimberly.
