We all know that Denise Richards is a strong woman, seen as though she was married to Charlie Sheen for four years.
But it seems that the actress, 53, wanted to show the world just how resilient she really is, as she signed herself up for this year's Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
The reality show is essentially the US version of SAS: Who Dares Wins and our favourite Directing Staff (DS) remain at the helm.

Viewers tuning into season three will get to see Rudy Reyes, Mark 'Billy' Billingham, Jason 'Foxy' Fox and Jovon 'Q' Quarles put 16 celebrities through their paces in the new series.
It was filmed in Wales, which is the home of British Special Forces Selection - so you best believe that the DS' didn't hold back with these famous faces.
You can have a look at what they get up to here:
Stars including Olympic swimmer Nathan Adrian, actor Stephen Baldwin, The Hills alum Brody Jenner and Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole all took part in the series, which releases on 8 January.

But Denise Richards is the only one who walked away from the gruelling show needing surgery.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has claimed that she 'ruptured' both of her breast implants while completing one of the high-stakes challenges.
During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live on Friday (3 January), the mother-of-three revealed that she left Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test with a few war wounds.

While discussing what terrifying tasks she participated in - including jumping from a boat to a helicopter, and yes, you read that right - Richards explained that she ended up doing some serious damage while 'jumping off a bridge'.
"That's when I ruptured my implants," she explained. "I still have to get them redone. I was supposed to a month ago, but couldn’t because we were filming, so I still have to get them redone."
Richards seemed to suggest that the harness she was wearing during the challenge had played a part in her injury.
Host Jeff Lewis then asked her who would foot the bill for the procedure, suggesting it might be covered by some kind of 'insurance'.

But according to Richards, the financial responsibility to fix her ruptured breast implants falls on her.
The Wild Things star continued: "I have to pay...I think we pretty much signed our life away doing that show. It’s dangerous!"
Richards then clarified that she 'hadn't asked' for the show to pick up the tab for her surgery, before her husband Aaron Phypers jokingly added: "Maybe we could work that in..."
The model previously revealed that her three daughters were 'very upset' when she informed them she was going to star on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

She shares Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, with her ex Charlie Sheen, while she adopted her 13-year-old daughter Eloise back in 2011.
"They did not want me to do it," Richards told PEOPLE. "They were afraid I was going to get hurt or get killed, and they were actually really angry.
"I'm not athletic at all - I was so intimidated by everyone," she said of her fellow competitors on the show.
"I didn't know who was going to be there, but I did hear there were some athletes, and I can't compete with that.
"But that's the greatest thing too, is it's not about competing against anybody but myself, and that's why they strip us down raw, physically and mentally and emotionally and all of that.
"I thought, 'This is the most challenging thing I'll ever do, and why not do it?' I was terrified, but once I made the commitment to do it, I was there."
