In the wake of Matthew Perry's tragic death, Friends fans have been sharing their best moments of Chandler Bing.
Perry played the hilarious, sarcastic man who worked in statistical analysis and data reconfiguration for 10 seasons of the hit TV show.
He had incredible comedic timing and the way he would deliver his lines made him a fan favorite around the world.

After news broke that he had died at the age of 54 after an apparent drowning at his home, people rushed to social media to share scenes that made them laugh and cry.
One of the most popular is the 'pivot' moment when Chandler and Ross (David Schwimmer) try to move a couch up a flight of stairs.
The furniture is too big for the staircase and the ensuing few moments of Ross yelling 'PIVOT' leave many in fits of tears, especially after Chandler mocks him.

Others called out the third nipple, his fake plan to move to Yemen, him and Phoebe trying to out-do each other before having their first kiss, him trying to smoke at work, and his hug with Joey as incredible moments of the long-running TV show.
While Chandler had some of the funniest moments on the show, there were also sweet and beautiful scenes where he emerged as a talented emotional actor.

One is when Monica proposes to Chandler and lights up the whole apartment with candles.
She can't get through it without crying and he gets down on her level to finish the proposal.
Many fans mentioned this moment because it showed a softer side to the usually punchline-heavy actor.
Another scene was when he convinces Erica (Anna Faris) to give him and Monica (Courteney Cox) a baby.

He praises how incredible his wife is at being a mother and his tenderness in the situation was hailed by fans as a masterclass in acting.
Friends co-creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane, along with executive producer and director Kevin Bright, praised Perry for the way he approached his character.

"He was a brilliant talent," they said.
"It’s a cliche to say that an actor makes a role their own, but in Matthew’s case, there are no truer words.
"From the day we first heard him embody the role of Chandler Bing, there was no one else for us.
"He was always the funniest person in the room.
"More than that, he was the sweetest, with a giving and selfless heart."
The 54-year-old was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his home in Los Angeles at about 4pm local time, according to law enforcement sources.
There were no signs of foul play or drugs on the scene, and an investigation is currently underway.
