Jeremy Clarkson offers huge hint at Clarkson’s Farm future days after pub opens

Clarkson's Farm is set to feature behind-the-scenes footage from the opening of Jeremy's new pub

Jeremy Clarkson has issued a fresh update on the future of Clarkson's Farm just days after opening his £1 million pub.

Former Top Gear host Jeremy spent the August bank holiday weekend rolling his sleeves up with his newly assembled team at The Farmer's Dog pub, which he opened on Friday (23 August).

Situated around 20 minutes away from his 1,000-acre Diddly Squat Farm - which works as the base for the vast majority of filming for Amazon Prime Video's Clarkson's Farm - season four is set to follow the behind-the-scenes of the opening of his pub as he expands his business ventures in the Cotswolds.

The pub is set to serve British produce only - although he's admitted a 'failure' when it comes to this - as well as serve countless pints of his beloved Hawkstone lager and cider.

There's also a butchers on site, selling freshly cut produce from animals reared by Jeremy's team.

With the pub set to take up a chunky segment of screen time in the fourth outing of the Prime Video documentary, Clarkson has hinted at the future of the show beyond season four - which is set to air in early summer of 2025.

Taking to his Instagram, Clarkson posted a picture of his two dogs Arya and Sansa sat next to Andy Wilman.

And while you might not necessarily know the name, it's a big one when it comes to Clarkson's Farm given that the Englishman producers the hit show.

He's also been responsible for bringing The Grand Tour to life after producing Top Gear from 2002 to 2015, and is often credited with being responsible for much of the style, humour, and tone of the shows Clarkson has starred in.

Posting a picture of the trio, Clarkson wrote: "The dogs pleading with @andy.wilman to be in season five."

While not a direct confirmation that the show will continue after the next season, it's the closest thing we've had yet to Clarkson addressing it and not denying it.

The post sent fans in to a frenzy, with countless comments asking what this means and for Jeremy to add more context around a potential fifth outing of the hit documentary series.

It would be a somewhat significant turn of events if five does happen - given that Wilman previously said that a fifth season was very much up in the air.

Speaking to Deadline after the third season was released to Prime Video earlier in 2024, Wilman had said: "I’ve got no feelings on whether there’s a [season] five or not.

"Jeremy’s the same. He’s like - 'When we’ve got nothing left to say, let’s walk away'."

With The Grand Tour coming to an end - marking the end of the on-screen relationship between Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May - fans will be clinging to Clarkson's Farm continuing so it's not a double whammy of endings.
