It was all going down in last night’s episode of The Traitors and fans think Linda made a massive mistake which could out her as a Traitor.

After the intense round table between the contestants, eagle-eyed fans noticed something which may mean bad news for Linda’s position in the show if she’s caught out.

They believe that the retired opera singer made a schoolgirl error and if found out, she’ll be booted from the Scottish Highlands quicker than you can say ‘Fozia’.

In a bid to win their slice of the cash prize, Linda, 70, evicted Armani, 27 and Minah, 29 were tasked to deceive their Faithfuls by any means necessary and in doing so, the former singer may have blown her cover.

While it’s no shock that people suspected Linda in earlier rounds due to her behaviour, she has since begun to become more covert in her bid to be The Traitors winner.

But yesterday’s mishap could ruin all her hard work.

It all began when Linda and Minah wrote the names of four contestants to kill on a painting, which is hung up in the kitchen of the manor.

The words would begin ‘In loving memory of…’ and they would finish the sentence by popping the name of the potential victim below the line.

However, it’s not too great of a thing to do if you have a particular style of writing, as it could catch you out.

This is something that perhaps Linda should have thought about before she scrawled Fozia’s name with a certain style of ‘z’ and ‘f’.

After the episode aired, people on X immediately called her out for her mistake, believing that she’s going to get herself eliminated.

On person wrote: "Schoolboy error."

Another said: “Who could have possibly written fozia's name on the painting”.

Someone else shared: "Imagine if Fozia accidentally spots the writing on the picture and realises…"

A fourth commenter said: "They never seem to recognise handwriting. If that picture stays up and the faithful recognise it, it’s game over for Linda at the roundtable.

"I can’t remember the exact rules for name writing but for drama reasons I wish Linda had written Minahs name."

Lastly, a fifth said what we’re all thinking: “Oh my god I hope Fozia clocks this.”

Well, if she does then it’s the end of the road for Linda, who will be missing out on over £200,000 to line her bank account.

All because of her handwriting.

While many wished that Minah had written it instead, others theorised that Minah allowed her to write the names as it could give away her identity and leave the call centre professional as the last Traitor up for the prize money.

All in all, the Traitors wrote down Alexander, Anna, Fozia and Leon as potential murder victims.

After playing a game with host, Claudia Winkleman, Fozia and Leon were the only two Faithfuls left on the chopping block.

Claudia told them in suspense that only one of them would survive and the other would be murdered and eliminated from the game.

However, viewers won’t know who that is until 15 January when the next episode airs.
