Karl Stefanovic is an Australian television presenter and journalist, best known for his work hosting Nine Network programs such as Today, Nine News and 60 Minutes.
After completing his study in journalism at the Queensland University of Technology, Stefanovic began his career as a cadet reporter in 1994 for WIN Television, before moving to TVNZ in New Zealand in 1996.
By 1998, Stefanovic was back in Australia working for Ten News in Brisbane, eventually moving to the Nine Network in 2000.

He found success for his reporting of the 2000 Childers backpackers hostel fire, 2001 Warragamba bushfires and 2003 Canberra bushfires.
In 2005, Stefanovic steppedd up to become Today co-host, a role he consistently held until resigning in 2019 and returning once again in 2020.
In addition to Today, Stefanovic has been involved with A Current Affair, The Verdict, This Time Next Year and the 2GB radio network.
In June 2020, Stefanovic celebrated 20 years with the Nine Network.
