Adrenaline junkies are back at it again, making viewers feel incredibly uncomfortable by doing extreme, life-threatening activities. As you do.
Cave explorers, also known as cavers or spelunkers, are known for risking their well-being in the name of adventure, with the majority of the world's population too scared to do the things that they do.
This specific group of cavers though, have decided to push themselves and explore one of the tightest caves you might have ever seen.
It's almost like one of the most dangerous sports ever created, as this group of four have decided to get through the cave with the help of mapping equipment and a lot of planning.

The viral video was posted on YouTube channel Caveman Hikes, which regularly posts about their ventures through dangerous and sometimes closed off, wild caves.
Their channel description reads: "Welcome to the dark frontier. We are 'barely survivalist' outdoorsmen. Hiking and caving with my nephew, Jacob and other friends. Ultimately, our adventures are about humility, courage and individual responsibility."
They also state that they don't promote caving, or watching their videos non-stop, instead trying to be an 'inspiration' to discover your own adventures in life - as they would rather have 'no views'.

With over 298k subscribers, the channel is fairly popular in the caving community, and with adventures like this, it's easy to see why.
The video begins with a disclaimer, saying that they are experts and not to do anything like this yourself.
He explains that they are planning to explore the tight cave, but that they have come with a lot of mapping equipment, calling it a 'beautiful menagerie of formations, hallways and rooms'.
The importance of creating a 'mathematically accurate map' and a willingness to put your body through the ringer is essentially what was needed on this adventure - according to the narrator - and they swiftly set off.

In the video, the men are seen getting stuck constantly, but through the use of equipment and effective communication, they continually get themselves out of trouble.
At one point, one of the cavers gets stuck in a small passage, has to be pulled free, and gets their attention by screaming 'come help me!'
Not the most reassuring thing, but he was soon pulled free, and the team went through the rest of the cave.

It is even revealed that one of the cavers recently broke several ribs and his jaw in a biking accident - and is only taking part in a 'light caving day' - whatever that may mean.
But watching the group push themselves through the tightest of spots left viewers feeling incredibly uncomfortable.
Users left their thoughts in the comments section, with one saying: "My main goal in life is to never do anything like this."

Another said: "No amount of money would convince me to crawl on my stomach through those passages. I'm not even claustrophobic."
A third put: "Nothing better than watching this in your warm, comfortable bed."
A fourth joked: "We are a rare breed, Bill. I just crawled under my desk to find a missing pencil. Luckily I let others know where I was beforehand."
It's fair to say that the video wasn't the best advertisement for caving, then.
