Man reveals how much money he earned after spending 24 hours nonstop as Uber Eats and Deliveroo driver

The YouTuber carried out an experiment to see how much he could earn, totalling a 'ridiculous' final figure

A daring content creator decided to work as a delivery driver for 24 hours to see how much he could make, and the results were surprising.

YouTuber Night Scape, real name Harry Gallagher, is known for undertaking extreme challenges, gaining worldwide attention for the viral video he made of him breaking into a football stadium at night, managing to climb on its roof to look down at the pitch, also climbing up several structures in London.

More recently, he has rode across the UK on a single wheel, and gone from London to Paris on an e-scooter - taking a step back from the parkour and dangerous content that he built his channel on.

However, his latest video uploaded one month ago, presented a brand new, unique challenge to the Brit.

Titled 'I Worked UberEats For 24 Hours NONSTOP And Made $_______', Night Scape intended to be a food delivery driver in London, on shift for the whole 24 hours to see how much money he could make.

He wasn't going to be using a car though, or an e-bike or even an electric scooter - the content creator chose to use a regular bike and cycle around the English capital to pick up orders for 24 hours.

After an initially slow start, he moved to the busier areas of the city, which a group of fellow delivery riders revealed was Soho, later going to the areas of Dalston and Tottenham Court Road to get more orders.

He then started delivering for Deliveroo too, in an attempt to get more order requests.

The content creator delivered his first two orders, which he waited an hour and cycled 12 minutes for, earning him a total of £6.26.

After just nine hours, he revealed that all the labouring up and down the city resulted in a total of £57.10 earned across the two companies.

The next 15 hours of the shift made up eight minutes of the 30 minute video, with Night Scape understandably getting more exhausted and looking to finish the challenge at all costs.

The following morning, he revealed that after 22 deliveries and 'a lot of time sitting around', he made £95.93 in total.

Less than £100 over 24 hours, which shocked the YouTuber, who also revealed that £6.50 of that consisted of tips - he signed off by recommending people not to deliver food on a bike, saying an e-bike or a moped is a smarter choice.

The video also showed the hardships of a delivery driver, needing to have the energy to last through long shifts.

He forgot part of someone's order, who came out running for him before he left - while apologising profusely, the customer was not pleased.

Night Scape also crashed into someone's car on his bike late into his shift, damaging the body, and left his personal details to sort it out later on.

Calling it a 'hustle', he admitted he was exhausted beyond belief, as he hadn't been that tired 'in years'.
