Your 'worst nightmare' might have become a reality in an eerie cave diving video, featuring two brothers who visited a place they called 'high anxiety'.
YouTubers ActionAdventureTwins are the identical twin explorers who went viral after getting lost in Pettyjohn Cave in Georgia, two years ago.
However, the duo could not find their way out of the tightly enclosed walls of the 119th longest cave in the United States - with a length of 31,490 ft and a depth of 235 ft.

Watch below, only if your anxiety can handle it:
The twins said they 'went beyond the point of high anxiety' to find the end of Pettyjohn cave and viewers were having a hard time watching.
A couple of times, the clip looked like a real-life horror movie as the man squeezes through the small rocky gaps, which are a lot lower than he expected.

“I thought it was going to get wider but as I’m getting closer, I realise it’s an illusion,” he tells his camera.
The video really is a claustrophobia trigger.
If it wasn't for the light from his camera, the explorer was surrounded by pure darkness after appearing to momentarily lose his brother.

As another added: "I can't believe that people enjoy doing this. This looks really terrifying to me. And they are also so relaxed and seem to have fun as well. Unbelievable."
"I respect you guys for doing this! I'm shocked If I go inside I will feel like I'm in a prison stuck and can't get out anymore," a third wrote.
"I have anxiety really bad man and watching you guys do this gives me like an anxiety attack/adrenaline rush and I love it lol," someone else penned.

Replying in the comments, the YouTubers wrote: "It was a heck of a climb to get in and is VERY broken down... going through that place gave us much anxiety! we didnt see any blood red slactites but we found a very cool fossil rock."
Well, in case you are wondering, the duo were trapped in the cave for a whopping 6 hours and 11 minutes.
One brave soul even shared their own bad experience while cave exploring, writing: “I have been spelunking before and got trapped behind a bigger guy and couldn’t back out.
