Punters visiting Jeremy Clarkson's £1 million rated Farmer's Dog pub have been left rather puzzled after a controversial new rule has been introduced.
The pub is located around 20 minutes from Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm, which serves as the base of operations for all his farming business ventures as well as filming for Clarkson's Farm over on Amazon Prime Video.
We've had three seasons of the hit documentary series so far, with season four likely to be released in around six months time. And it is not stopping there, with a fifth outing already confirmed by Prime Video bosses.
Since opening in August, the pub has been busy with locals and tourists visiting the idyllic Cotswolds and stopping by Clarkson's farm shop, and now watering hole, with his award-winning Hawkstone lager on draught and other local or British tipples.

There's also a restaurant side to the pub, where you can enjoy food that is wholly crafted with British produce. We're talking dishes like Lancashire hotpot, steak pie, mash and Hawkstone gravy, and other classics like gammon steak, bubble and squeak, with parsley sauce.
It's become wildly popular, with bookings filling up weeks in advance and it's particularly hard to get your hands on reservations for the weekend.
Just last week, legendary Irish band The Corrs performed an intimate gig in the venue, with talk show icon Ellen DeGeneres and singer Natalie Imbruglia also being spotted at 64-year-old Clarkson's pub.

Now, heading in to a busy hospitality season for Christmas and New Year, the pub is putting in plans to make sure they can serve as many customers as possible.
If you book a table at The Farmer's Dog you are given a prompt message saying you must leave an hour after sitting down.
LADbible tried to book a table for Christmas Eve at 6.30pm and got a message saying: "Please note your table is required back by 19:30."

Some people booking at the pub have been left rather annoyed by the rule, with one posting: "I just booked a table for one person on 8 December and I just realise that you only have an hour to eat a three course meal at lunchtime.
"I think it's very very strange as you only get one hour to scarf down food you get indigestion."
Another said: "How are we expected to down three courses and drinks in an hour?"

Others were less worried, with one writing: "Why moan? You aren't being forced to go."
A second posted: "Look on the bright side - if they’re giving you an hour to dine, the service is going to be quick. I’d settle for that every time."
And a third added: "It stops people sitting forever and gives other customers a chance to eat."
