McDonald’s announces menu change as favourite is set to return next month

McDonald's has announced a menu shake-up for next month.

A Maccies fan favourite burger is set to return next month as the fast food chain announces a big shake-up to the menu.

Every month there's that random moment where you all of sudden crave a McDonald's - and there's no holding back.

20 nuggets, chips, milkshake, McFlurry - the lot.

But in an attempt to keep the menu fresh, McDonald's often switch things up.

The chilli cheese bites you were fancying get replaced by garlic bites - or the Crunchie McFlurry's swapped out for a Galaxy version.

I mean it's been almost four years since Maccies fans have had to live without the Breakfast Wrap.

When Covid hit us out of nowhere in 2020, McDonald's only made matters worse for dropping the Breakfast Wrap from it line-up.

And in January 2022, it was even announced that it wouldn't be returning, with Maccies' social media flooded with demands to 'bring the Breakfast Wrap back'.

The Breakfast Wrap made it's long-awaited return back to our menus.

Now, the fast food chain has finally come to its senses by confirming its comeback - along with a revamped look, as it will now come with two free-range round eggs stuffed inside instead of the old folded ones.

McDonald's UK announced the return last week (15 January), as excited fan wrote on X: "What a way to start the week!"

Another put: "Finally!!! Best day of my life!!" as a third said: "I've waited too DAMN LONG."

And the Breakfast Wrap will be part of a new-look menu, which includes the return of a fan-favourite burger.

The fan favourite burger is back.

The ever-popular Big Tasty is back - a beef patty, cheese made with emmental, onions, juicy tomatoes, smoky sauce on a freshly toasted bun.

Along with the Big Tasty - which you can also get with bacon - is a load of pink desserts.

Yes you read that correctly.

You can check out the full list of new menu items landing from 7 February below:
