McDonald's food is very delicious, but a Michelin star chef has fired out a message that one popular item which occasionally dips back onto their menu should 'come with a health warning'.
It is fast food and not health food, so you should know that McDonald's is meant to be more of a treat and not part of a health craze, but the chef still thought it was worth sounding an alarm.

Michelin star chef Curtis Stone from Australia said that one menu item in particular was a bit worrying, so be glad for your sake that it's currently off-menu in the UK.
He told Fox that the burger he was most bothered about was the titanically huge Double Big Mac, which as the name suggests is a Big Mac with pretty much twice the amount of meat inside.
The Australian chef wasn't against the idea of having a Maccies every now and then per se, just that eating a burger with four meat patties might be a bit much.
He said: "You can eat fast-food once in a while. That’s up to you, of course. I would just be careful with it.

"Some of these companies serve things that are just ridiculous and have crazy caloric intakes, and I just don’t know that we need to be doing that regularly.
"You’ve got to make sure you keep things in balance. I think eating often throughout the day is important.
"I know there’s a lot of talk about fasting and that’s OK, that’s one way to do it, but I think actually checking in with yourself a few times, so you don’t ever get super starving because that’s when you go on that giant blowout.
"And eat what comes out of the ground, not what comes out of packets."

The Double Big Mac last returned to the UK in March, but as McDonald's fans will know these things are here for a good time and not a long time.
People might love to eat it, but it's worth remembering the Michelin star chef's warning about gobbling up what is essentially a double decker Big Mac and understanding the impact it might have on your health.
As for what's on the menu now, if it's burgers you're looking for then the Chicken Big Mac is currently on sale.

It's basically a Big Mac where someone's swapped out the beef patties for giant chicken nuggets.
