While it can often be bandied about as a joke or to take the p**s out of or insult someone, having a micropenis is actually a medical condition.

And it can have quite an impact on a person – not just on their sex life.

A man thought to have the ‘world’s smallest penis’ previously spoke about the impact his manhood had on his confidence, dating and even using the bathroom.

But Michael Phillips, from North Carolina, US, did say that he’s found a lot of women simply don’t seem to ‘care about that sort of thing’.

Giving the other side of the experience, one woman took to TikTok to discuss the time she slept with a man who she believed had a micropenis.

It’s said that to be classed as this, the erect length is to be smaller than roughly 2.95 inches.

Dawn (@ur_fav_dawn) said she agreed to a date with a man who regularly bought her gifts (having a bit of a ‘sugar baby’ role) as he was ‘so nice’ to her.

Going back to a hotel and ‘doing our thing’, she says she thought at first when she pulled his pants down that he maybe just was ‘not all the way there yet’.

“I kind of keep doing my thing. I'm not a quitter...I will not judge. This is just out of my wheelhouse. I've never experienced anything like this,” she said. “We’re gonna keep going.”

Dawn says they carried on and he asked her to ‘get on top’ and as a ‘trooper’, she did.

“Literally guys, it still hasn’t changed,” she explained, gesturing a very small size with her finger and thumb.

“There’s nothing I can… I can’t work with that,” Dawn admitted. “It doesn’t go in. Genuinely, I don’t know, it was like friction at this point.”

And when they finished, he gave her ‘a lot of money’ and let her stay on her own in the ‘really nice hotel room’.

Dawn says he was a ‘sweet man’ and she has ‘no judgement’ towards him: “It was just… I’d never experienced that before and I don’t know the chances of me ever experiencing that again. It’s gotta be a micropenis right? I saw one in the wild, that’s pretty cool.”

It’s said that approximately 0.6 percent of men worldwide have a micropenis and to them, Michael said on This Morning that they should find a place to ‘talk about it freely’ where they’re comfortable.

“Even if it's just one-on-one with somebody. But there's no reason why you can't talk about it,” he said.

“We all have issues going on, some more than others. But there's always somebody out there that has it worse than you.”
