If you've got travel anxiety, then look away now.

A couple of travellers, who thought their ‘1a’ and ‘1b’ reserved seats were the best on plane, discovered a nightmare reality when on board.

Taking to TikTok was former Real Madrid footballer turned reality TV star, Sergio Carrallo, whose video has racked up over 18 million views.

“When your assistant booked 1A and 1B and you thought they were the best seats on the plane,” the text overlay on the clip read.

Carallo was joined by his wife, reality TV star and British businesswoman Caroline Stanbury.

“We got the best seats in the plane,” he said. “Nothing goes back.”

As shown in the clip, behind the two passenger seats there is just a wall, and no other seats behind them.

“And then look at this,” he said after turning his camera around.

This is when your travel anxiety will kick in - as the view pans round - the pair are facing all of the other passengers.

“So we’re facing the cabin, basically,” he said.

While the seats were positioned similar to those where airline staff sit for takeoff, people in the comments said they have sat in similar seats before.

Commenting on the video, some users said they would rather switch planes than sit like that.

"I wouldn’t need WiFi, I would spend the entire flight trapped in my head overthinking everything," one person wrote.

"Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for the camera flip," a second added.

"I had those seats once!! Omg hated it. I didn’t know where to look cause I was constantly making eye contact with people. Decided to close my eyes and woke up with drool running down my chin," a third thought.

"My husband booked these with no window when we went to Turks and Caicos…everyone was ooing and ahhing over the gorgeous scenery and I was giving him the side eye," someone else said.

"Literally gasped when you turned the phone! My anxiety could never!!" a fifth added.

"I literally would hop on the next flight. My social anxiety would not allow me. I let out a scream when you flipped the camera. It’s made me nervous and I’m over here," another wrote.

"It looks like you two are on the panel for a Q and A and are about to start answering audience questions."
