A plane passengers has been warned against her viral travel hack to make flying ‘more comfortable’.
Right, so outside the general in-air rules of not opening the plane door or randomly shouting the b-word (never do this), is there really a right or wrong way to behave on a plane?
I think the answer to that is yes.

Perhaps we can all agree on keeping your body parts to yourself, that includes your feet.
Not hoarding the overhead luggage space is an important one, and if you forget your headphones, that doesn't mean you can blast songs or films out of your speaker.
Put the subtitles on and deal with it.

Now, this comes after a woman named Lexi went viral on TikTok (@alexisburnaby1711) for posting a short clip on how to travel 'more comfortably'.
In the video, which has over 14 million views, she is filming herself sat on her passenger seat with both of her feet kneeled up onto the chair with her seatbelt around her ankles.
Yes, you read that right.

Lexi writes in the text overlay: "To whoever it was that said to put the plane belt around your ankles...I owe you my life."
She also commented: "I’m someone who has to sleep with my legs up n I usually tuck my feet behind the seat.
"I can’t sleep in a sitting position it’s too uncomfy! This was also a 3 hour flight tho."
Some people liked the hack, as one person commented: "I’m on your side. This is life changing."

And another added: "No way can I finally sleep now."
"Omg I've been doing this for years!!! People always look at me like I'm crazy," a third wrote.
However thousands took to the comments to explain how the seatbelt hack is 'unsafe'.
"I did this and it was comfortable until I woke up and the circulation is my ankles were cut off," one person said.

"Also, if the plane accelerates really fast you will impale yourself with your knees," a second added.
A third person said they 'got yelled at by the flight attendant for this'.
"My knees would be like grenades when I unbuckled it," a fourth commented.
"There’s no way that’s more comfortable long term than just sitting," someone else thought.
"My knees would cry if I sat like that for longer than 5 minutes," added another.
What do you make of it?
