How would you feel hopping on a flight with no idea where you were actually going?

That's exactly what a group of passengers did as part of Wizz Air's #LetsGetLostwithWIZZ campaign.

The campaign jets you off to an unknown destination, only disclosing where you'll be spending the next few days when you get there.

Solo traveller, Tasha recently shared the moment the pilot announced her flight's destination shortly before landing in a viral video on TikTok.

In the clip, the pilot can be heard saying, "We’d like to welcome you to Antalya, Türkiye," as the plane erupts into cheers and screams of excitement.

Before this point, Tasha and her fellow passengers had been kept completely in the dark about where they were going aside from being told what climate to pack for a few days before the trip.

A lot of people on the video sharing platform were unsure about how exactly the experience would work, prompting another traveller to respond to their concerns.

After posting her own viral video on the experience - which has since been viewed more than seven million times - content creator ExperienceAddict was inundated with people asking her one question in particular.

One asked: "How do you book a hotel if you don't know where you're going to?"

While someone else queried whether she was left 'scrambling to find a place' once she arrived.

The TikToker then clarified that the experience thankfully 'included our hotel, transfers and activities'.

While a few users seemed to love the idea, commenting that it was their 'dream' to do a mystery trip, the majority still weren't convinced.

One wrote: "My anxiety could never."

Another commented: "The stress of packing."

And a third joked: "It's the unknown."

A TikToker has responded to the main concern people had about the Wizz Air holiday.

Wizz Air also has info about the Get Lost campaign on its website, stating: "Wizz Air, Europe’s fastest-growing and most environmentally sustainable airline globally*, is offering Brits the chance to win a trip of a lifetime to a mystery destination as part of its new #LetsGetLostwithWIZZ campaign.

"The flight will depart from London Gatwick to the unknown destination on the 7th of March. Those selected can expect a jam-packed four-day itinerary of fun, including cultural, culinary and adventure activities."

In other travel news, a Brit recently hit the jackpot after paying for a Wowcher mystery trip and ending up on a dream holiday.

For just £99 per person, Wowcher offers customers a mystery holiday for a super affordable price.

Destinations range from city-breaks to Rome, Madrid and Lake Como to long-haul trips to the likes of the Maldives and Dubai.

TikTok user Ellie Rose documented her Wowcher mystery trip and viewers were gobsmacked by the destination.

For a combined total of £198, Ellie and her partner travelled from London Gatwick to Las Vegas, Nevada, staying at the 3-star Flamingo Hotel on the Las Vegas trip.

Now that's a good deal!
