An 'all natural' penis-enhancing supplement designed to help men stay harder and last longer in the bedroom has been banned in Australia by the healthcare watchdog.
Erection 'supplement' Big Penis USA is marketed as a genital stimulant free of synthetic chemicals.
That's what they want you to believe, anyway.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration analysed and tested tablets produced under the Big Penis USA brand and discovered the so-called wonder vitamin contains traces of sildenafil, a medicine designed to treat erectile disfunction.
Sildenafil is commonly sold under the brand name Viagra and is very much a chemical compound.
So, therefore, it's not 'all natural' at all.

While sildenafil itself isn't a prohibited drug it is prescription-only, so it cannot be obtained without a doctor's explicit permission.
As a result, the Therapeutic Goods Administration issued an urgent alert to warn off any men who may have purchased the Big Penis USA tablets.
"The Therapeutic Goods Administration has tested a product labelled Big Penis USA tablets and found that the tablets contain the undeclared substance sildenafil.

"Sildenafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels."
Nitrates are commonly found in medication used to fight diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease.
The statement continued: "Sildenafil taken in combination with other medications can cause serious side effects."
Sildenafil is a prescription-only substance in Australia and the United States of America.

In the United Kingdom, men who wish to take the drug must either obtain them from a pharmacist or have a prescription from a doctor.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration has urged anyone who may have any Big Penis USA tablets to dispose of them immediately as it is now considered an illegal substance.
In Australia, Border Force officials have been advised to seize and destroy any Big Penis USA products that they intercept at the border to prevent them from penetrating the market Down Under.

Similarly marketed products called tablets, USA Black Gold tablets, and Germany Niubian tablets have all copped the same ban as they were all found to contain the undisclosed medicine sildenafil.
Anyone with any variety of the medications listed above is encouraged to seek medical attention if they experience any side effects.
If you have any concerns pertaining to sildenafil you are advised to file a report with the Therapeutic Goods Administration on 1800 020 653 or make a report online.
