An arrest warrant has been issued for Katie Price after she failed to appear before a court for a hearing relating to her bankruptcies.
Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton said Price had received 'very clear warnings' that she had to be in court today (30 July).
The judge said: "It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.

“She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.”
"The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”
Price was declared bankrupt in 2019 and back in February was ordered to pay 40 percent of earnings from OnlyFans for the next three years as a result.
She was once again declared bankrupt in March this year over an unpaid tax bill worth over £750,000 owed to HMRC.

A legal representative for the trustee of her bankruptcies said there 'remains significant information missing as regards the bankrupt’s income and asset position'.
Darragh Connell said the trustee doesn't 'have any information as to her whereabouts' and that when she is arrested Price 'would not be kept in custody for a long period of time'.
He said that Katie Price had indicated she would give some of the vehicles she owned to the trustee, including a pink Range Rover with her initials on the number place.

However, the barrister said it was 'plain' that the vehicles 'will not be delivered up by the bankrupt'.
