WA police prosecutor Julius Depetro alleges that there is an 'extremely strong' case against the YouTube star, claiming to have CCTV and photo evidence to back up the charges.
He also claimed that Yung Filly could be a flight risk as he had 'no links to' Western Australia.
ABC Australia also reports that the prosecutor provided photos to the judge which were not shown to the court and said that 'no ordinary person can consent in those circumstances'.

However, legal representatives for the YouTuber argued that he deserved the right to bail and questioned the strength of the prosecution's case.
