A sex doll company has revealed some of the very specific and bizarre complaints it's received from customers.
Inferno Official is an industry leading company in the manufacture of sex dolls and toys.
The company has spoken out about some of the reasons why customers have returned their personalised dolls and its theory behind some customer's intentions in seeking a refund.

One customer reportedly decided they wanted to return their doll after a few days of use because they complained it was 'too heavy'.
Upon ordering their custom-made doll, they had asked for it to be a life-size model of porn star Thor Johnson with 'extra hair on the back, legs [and] bum'.
It cost them a whopping £9,500.

Another buyer saw photographs of his doll before he bought it.
However, upon receiving it, he asked for a refund because it didn't 'look enough like his ex-girlfriend'.
One man's wife even found his doll and forced him to return it.

Custom-made dolls at Inferno Official can reach prices of up to £10,000.
Due to customers ordering custom-made dolls and then demanding refunds, the company claims that it lost £100,000 in one single month.
Inferno Official has also been left unable to pay for the items to be shipped back because the price of a container from China has risen from $2,500 to $25,000.

In the case of the customer who complained about the weight of his Thor Johnson doll, Inferno Official CEO Ben Stroud noted how the payment service ruled he 'deserve[d] a refund' after the customer complained to the company.
He said: "Now, that's $12,000 doll which is way too hairy for our normal customers so what is the point of us paying $4,000 for shipping to get it back just to bin it?
"And it is happening more and more, there has to be a change of rules because it will put companies out of business."

Stroud believes customers complain even when they like the doll, just so they can get a refund and keep the doll for free.
He said: "I really want to name and shame these customers who are bringing bad faith into online business but we need to be trusted as a brand with private information."
The CEO stated he fears British companies may be forced to close down because of scammers getting their purchase refunded despite having no plans to return it.
Stroud resolved: "I am contacting other companies in our industry and asking them to share the names of customers who have used dolls and toys and then demand a refund.
"We can then have our own blacklist, it is sad it has come to this but something has to be done."
