Fashion designer Roberto Cavalli has confirmed the arrival of his sixth child at the age of 82.
Cavalli, who founded his luxury fashion company in Italy in the 1970s, is already a dad to five children from two previous marriages.
He welcomed his eldest children, Tommaso and Cristina, after tying the knot with Silvanella Giannoni in 1964, and went on to bring Robert, Rachele and Daniele into the world during his marriage to Eva Maria Düringer.

Cavalli has been dating his current partner, Swedish model Sandra Nilsson, also known as Sandra Bergman, since at least 2014, but last week they grew their family by one with the arrival of their son.
Cavalli has named the newborn Giorgio in tribute to his father, who was shot by Nazis during the second world war.
Speaking to Novella 2000 about the new arrival, Cavalli assured his partner, who is 45 years younger than him at 37 years old, is 'doing fine' after the birth.

"The baby, who was born a week ago right here in Florence, is beautiful and it was really emotional to see him right after he was born," he continued.
“His name is Giorgio, like his grandfather, my father... whom the Nazis shot in the Cavriglia massacre when I was four years old.”
The death of Cavalli's father had a huge impact on the fashion designer, with the tragic loss leaving him mute until the age of 18.

Cavalli has previously described how his dad was shot in July 1944 in a raid on Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni, saying: “He was a surveyor, he worked for a mine in the Valdarno... I didn’t speak until 18. But life has been kind to me [and I have been] rewarded... for everything.”
Cavalli is said to be worth $500 million (£422m), with his brand, which is known for its exotic prints and loved by stars including Kim Kardashian.
In 2015, he was reported to have celebrated his wealth by buying Sandra her very own private island off the coast of Strängnäs, around 50 miles east of Stockholm.
The model was born in Sjöbo in southern Sweden, but was discovered by a modelling agent while on a family holiday in Paris at the age of 14.

She went on to appear as a competitor on Scandinavia’s Top Model, and has won a number of beauty contests including Swedish Miss Hawaiian Tropic.
In 2008, Sandra was awarded the title of Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month for January.
