They say couples who gym together, stay together.
Well, if you believe that adage then Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson and Kelsey Henson are destined to be together forever.
The two have been spotted in a viral social media video that left viewers doing a double take.

The Icelandic bodybuilder, aptly known as Thor or The Mountain from Game of Thrones, was seen pumping some iron at the gym.
While that might be nothing to bat an eyelid over, his wife walked in the room and helped him workout.
But she didn't sit behind him and spot his next set, she became the workout.
Not in that way, get your head out of the gutter.

Hafþór had a huge dumbbell in one hand and then placed his hands on Kelsey's weightlifting belt and he used her as the other dumbbell.
Lifting a person using just their belt takes a hell of a lot of balance, but Thor made it look easy.
He was able to bust out a bunch of sets with his makeshift dumbbell before putting her down safely.
People were blown away by the act, with one user writing: "Folks should always lift their partners up."

Another added: "'Uplift your partner' in the literal sense."
A third said: "Hats off to your lady for maintaining that static hold for that long."
If you've been following The Mountain for a while, you'll know this isn't totally out of the ordinary in the Björnsson household.
Back in 2020, just as the Covid-19 pandemic was taking hold around the world, Hafþór posted a handy video of how to do a home workout.
Thor's 'killer' workout involved 15 reps of bicep curl, front squat, 'one-handed wife press' and tricep extensions, which would have been perfect as gyms started shutting down.

Not only that, but he was seen bench-pressing Kelsey (which is an incredible feat in itself) while he was getting a tattoo.
Yes, that's right.
While some people wince and blubber while getting ink imprinted on their bodies, Hafþór thought it would be a fun idea to do a light workout.
He wrote on Instagram: "69... 70,71 easy weight!! Using my wife as weight while getting tattoooed! No rest for the wicked!"

The pair has been married since 2018 and welcomed a son two years later called Stormur Magni Hafþórsson.
They met met in the Canadian province of Alberta during an event for Icelandic Mountain Vodka while the Warwick Strongman Festival was touring.
