A woman has shared an inside look at what it's living to live with ADHD, with one person dubbing the video the 'best ADHD simulator ever'.
Olivia Lutfallah shared a thought-provoking video which gives people an idea about what it's like to live with the neurodevelopmental disorder which affects millions of people worldwide.
The content creator, from Canada, uses her online platform to educate others on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as she considers herself something of an expert on the subject after being diagnosed aged seven.

She has first-hand experience of struggling with the condition, which was amplified by the lack of understanding some of her teachers and peers had about it.
Even by the time she got into college and began studying biology, Olivia wasn't satisfied with the weak grasp people have on ADHD - so she launched a TikTok page completely dedicated to the subject.
The online star has found popularity talking about 'the good, the bad and the ugly of ADHD' on her social media pages.

Speaking about the motivations behind her video content with Upworthy, she explained: "I thought it would be fun to talk about ADHD. I mean, I've had like 20 years of coping experiences. It's something I absolutely love doing."
Her page is brimming with tips and tricks which could help others who have been diagnosed with ADHD navigate their daily lives a little bit easier, as well as informative explanations of what it's like to have a neurodivergent brain.
In one video, which she described as an 'ADHD simulator', she demonstrated how hard it can be to complete a simple task without getting distracted - while revealing the dozens of thoughts that are constantly running through her head.

Olivia titled the viral clip: "A short glimpse into the brain of someone with ADHD."
In the footage, she can be seen walking around her home with the intention of cleaning up and getting rid of several balloons...before things get a little chaotic as she is distracted by seasonings, chores and random thoughts.
The TikToker said: "I need scissors to pop those. Why are these still out? Okay I will put them away really quick.
"Something definitely spilled in there. Okay, back to what I was doing. What was I looking for? Oh, scissors.

"This drawer? Maybe I put them in the dishwasher, let me check. Oh, I should probably unload these. Oh my god I forgot to start this earlier! It's fine, I'll just start it right now."
Olivia continued: "Remember when people used to eat these pods? That was so weird - never mind, I forgot to order more dishwasher pods. Okay, let me add that to the list right now...I wonder if there's anything else I forgot at the grocery store.
"Of course, the pen is gone! Okay, where...I think there is a pen with my makeup. How do I remember that but not dishwasher tablets? Can't wait for summer. Yes! I knew it, I knew it was here. Maybe let me put this away where I'm at it.
"Ew and this too, I don't know why I have garbage lying around," Olivia added. "Mmm but this pasta was so good. Oh my god I forgot to eat! Okay I'll throw this out super quick. Ugh, why don't I have a new garbage bag in there?

"Fine, I'll just put a new one in right now. Oh my god, the dishwasher! I still didn't put dishwasher pods on my list! I need to do that right now or else I'm going to forget it."
As you can probably tell, Olivia struggled to stay concentrated on the task at hand and continuously became side tracked, while her mind also wandered elsewhere more than once.
In her words, there are just 'so many different things going on' inside her head that it's tough to get simple things done.
"It's overwhelming and suffocating to understand what you're feeling, but not be able to express it to others," Olivia explained, so she wants to inspire 'a little compassion' in people.
And it seems her plan has worked - as social media users loved the candid clip and praised her for sharing 'relatable' content which made them 'feel seen'.
One viewer wrote: "This is the best ADHD simulator I've ever heard. This is my brain 24/7."
Another said: "You forgot to put a random song in the background that has been looping and looping for eight hours straight."
A third added: "It's like when you're playing a video game and you just keep unlocking side quests that you do right away because their 'quick' instead of focusing on the main quest."
A fourth chimed in: "Omg that is literally what it feels like!"
While a fifth commented: "Saving this to show to my therapist because I don't know how else to explain it."
