A woman who has spent around £100,000 trying to turn herself into a real life Barbie has left people stunned after revealing what she used to look like before undergoing a string of pricey procedures.
Alicia Amira, from Denmark, proudly describes herself as a 'plastic bimbo', and the UK-based model has undergone a host of cosmetic surgeries since the age of 21, including operations on her breasts, forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks and lips.
On top of that, she has exaggerated her features further with filler which she has in her nose, cheeks, chin and jaw.

To keep her looking Barbie-like, Alicia is also partial to a bit of Botox and PDO threads - all of which has set her back by somewhere in the region of a whopping £98,000.
She began her dramatic transformation with the aim of becoming the ultimate bimbo in 2011, after ditching her job in PR and swapping Stockholm for London.
But she had dreamed of giving herself a complete make-over for a lot longer, as she had been inspired by characters in the Danish TV show King's Girls when she was just nine-years-old.

These days, the 34-year-old is constantly sporting Rapunzel-like hair extensions, a flawless tan, inconveniently long nails and eyelash extensions, so maintaining her striking look isn't exactly cheap either.
You may recognise Alicia from her memorable appearance on Botched back in 2017, where she asked celebrity surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to fix her bungled boob job - before stunning the pair by also requesting a rib removal, a Brazilian butt lift and an 'internal corset' while going under the knife.
The medics refused her cosmetic wish list, but the OnlyFans star simply continued her 'Bimbofication' elsewhere.

During an interview with This Morning in 2021, the influencer revealed that she had plans to open a 'bimbo school' so others could join her on the journey.
Alicia said she wanted to reclaim the word and change it's meaning, seen as though she had managed to become an adult film star and launch her own fashion firm.
But the most shocking moment of her chat with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary was when images of what she used to look like started to flash up.

Alicia explained that she has 'always been happy with how she looked' and said her surgery spree had been a 'gradual' process as she was not 'obsessed with one goal'.
She added: "I find inspiration in body modification, I love plastic surgery, I love fillers. I'm just inspired and amazed by blonde women with big breasts. It's just something that I saw for myself, so I went and got it.
"I'm really happy with how I look now. No matter how you dress, what you're into, find a way to be happy to be who you are in the present. It takes a lot of courage to look this way."

In a string of Twitter posts discussing her extreme look last year, Alicia said she had 'erased who she used to be in order to become a plastic bimbo'.
"I've always been attracted to the extreme and wanted to look like a bimbo," she wrote.
"Some people think I'm mad but I don't regret having the surgery. In fact I'd like my breasts to be even bigger in future.
"I want to look as plastic as possible and inspire other girls to do the same. I don't think I will ever stop having surgery. It is a huge part of me.
"Bimbos don't age, we're just getting more and more plastic."
