Jack Whitehall says his girlfriend Roxy Horner had to be resuscitated at the Brit Awards two years ago after collapsing backstage.
The comedian - who was hosting the 2021 BRITs at London’s O2 Arena - claims that he and his girlfriend 'ended up in A&E' rather than the 'after-party'.
Usually held in February, the ceremony was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it was Jack's fourth year in a row as host.

But speaking on stage on Wednesday night in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, the 34-year-old revealed that Roxy, 31, 'had something called a diabetic hypo and she fainted'.
"We found out she had diabetes the night I was hosting the Brits," Jack said.
"Paramedics were trying to resuscitate her and her sugar levels were spiking dangerously.

"We ended up in A+E on the night of the Brits, which definitely made for a slightly different vibe of an after-party.
Rather than 'hobnobbing with Stormzy and Sir Elton John', Jack says he was 'sitting in the emergency room of an A+E unit sat next to a Scottish gentleman who smelled of Special Brew'.
LADbible has contacted Jack Whitehall and Roxy Horner's representatives for comment.

Clearly making light of the situation, the Bad Education star also quipped: "The Brits is obviously the worst place to have a medical emergency as the only doctor in the house was Dre."
He then joked that he also experienced 'quite a lot of the symptoms' after watching Harry Styles perform.
"She has been very good with her diabetes," Jack said of his girlfriend.
"She talks about it and tries to educate people about it. She does these little tutorials on her social media.

"The only time she f****d it up was when she was doing this thing about insulin injections which ended with her using the phrase ‘At the end of the day it is just a tiny prick, then you feel it go in’.
"I know those are the exact words she used because that ten-second clip ended up in every one of my group chats including the family WhatsApp group.”
Roxy has been vocal about her condition and has previously thanked her boyfriend for being her 'absolute rock'.

"He was there when I got diagnosed. My parents and my family live in Australia, so he has been my family. We’re amazing,” she said.
Prior to her diagnosis, the model says that she felt 'tired and exhausted all the time'.
She added: “I had no energy. I couldn’t even go for a walk. It was draining. I felt like I was dying. I was drinking four to eight litres of water a day.”
