Jonah Hill still isn't a fan of The Mandalorian despite the efforts of Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio to get his mate to binge watch the series.
Hill - who stars along DiCaprio in Netflix's Don't Look Up - candidly told W Magazine that he 'just did not give a f***' about the show.
The actor admitted: "Leo made me watch The Mandalorian when we were making Don't Look Up, and it was like, Baby Yoda was so cute, but I just didn't give a f*** because I didn't know anything that it was about."
The actor took to Instagram following some noise that him and baby yoda had 'beef'.
He joked: "They’re literally trying to create beef between me and Baby Yoda."
"I’m getting ahead of it. I wanna say this once on the record officially: Baby Yoda and I are dear friends and text at least once a week.
"We may not be text every day type of friends and yes Covid put a strain on our friendship, but we are all good.
"And that’s all I will say on this matter! Now please respect our privacy at this time."
One user joked: "Wow. Really messed up what you did to Baby Yoda."
Another added: "idk man i’m team baby yoda on this one u did him dirty."
To be fair to Jonah, he confessed that doesn't really watch sci-fi cinema much.
He compares the Disney Plus show with Game of Thrones, and even though the series ended in 2019, Hill is halfway through the series and is absolutely loving it.
He added: "Game of Thrones is so sick. I know this is hilarious, because I'm in 2012.
"I'm just watching three episodes at a time, like you would binge any show. But I forget this happened in real time and was like a cultural event.
"So I watched the Red Wedding, as one of three episodes I watched that night.
"I'm calling friends, like, 'Oh my god, Robb Stark got killed, blah, blah, blah'.
And they're like, 'Yeah, dude'.
"It was like the end-of-Sopranos-level cultural event."
