Priced at just £2 in supermarkets, the drinks sell out almost instantly and resellers are able to drive up the prices for a mega profit margin.
Customers are willing to travel hours to pay a whopping £20-£25 for a bottle of Prime at Wakefield Wines corner shop.
One example is Millie Hazelgrave, who travelled all the way from Castleford to buy six bottles of Prime from Wakey Wines, which cost her a total of £145.

The newsagent's has created a TikTok page to alert people they have stock of the energy drink - at a premium price point.
However, many viewers are in disbelief as to how someone can pay '£20 plus fuel for a bottle of Prime'.
One person commented: "My guy said 20 pounds when I can go Asda a get 15 bottles for 20 pounds."
"Man acts friendly with them and then finesses them by saying £20 lmao," another said.

A third wrote: "£25 a bottle?! The real cost of living crisis is in Wakey Wines."

I bet you're thinking: "What's so special about this drink?"
Well, a joint statement from KSI & Logan Paul reads: "We’re excited to announce Prime to the world and showcase what happens when rivals come together as brothers and business partners.
"Our goal was to create a fantastic hydration drink that can fuel any lifestyle.
"Over the past year, we’ve worked countless hours to formulate the product from scratch, lock in deals with the largest retailers in the world, and build a multi-hundred person team to get our products to the shelves.
"We’re humbled by the process of creating a real brand & look forward to competing with some of the biggest beverage companies in the world.
"As underdogs, we always cherish the opportunity to show the world what’s possible.
"Now that we’re both fighting for the same team, we truly believe the sky is the limit."
