Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, has joined her husband Charles, the Prince of Wales, and tested positive for Covid-19.
Charles tested positive a number of days ago, in what is understood to be his second battle with the illness.
It's understood that this is the first time Camilla has tested positive for the virus.
Both Charles and Camilla live at Clarence House.
A spokesperson for the House said: "The Duchess of Cornwall has tested positive for Covid-19 and is self-isolating. We continue to follow government guidelines."
Since Charles contracted Covid for the second time, there has been increasing speculation about whether he had inadvertently exposed his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
It's not clear whether Camilla has been in proximity to the reigning monarch.
Buckingham Palace officials have said they will 'not be providing a running commentary' on the Queen's health.
