A Russian state TV news anchor has threatened to wipe out the UK with a nuclear weapon for continuing to support Ukraine.
The pro-Kremlin TV anchor Vladimir Solovyov threatened to blow up the United Kingdom with merely one strike from the ominous RS-28 Sarmat missile.
"As it turned out, one Sarmat means minus one Great Britain," he said.

The Sun reports that while speaking on the Kremlin-owned TV station, the Putin supporter called the UK ‘totally boorish’ for continuing to supply weapons to Ukraine.
The Sarmat can reportedly fly 10,000km to its target, carry up to 15 warheads and can obliterate any country the size of the UK in a single strike.
Upon test-launching the intercontinental ballistic missile earlier this month, Putin said the weapon would ‘ensure Russia's security from external threats and make those who try to threaten our country with aggressive rhetoric think twice'.

He added: "The missile can break through all modern anti-missile defences.
"There is nothing like this anywhere in the world, and won't be for a long time."
The Times also reports Russia’s defence ministry confirmed the successful launch of Satan 2 after the 115 foot (35 metres) missile was hurled into the sky.

"Thanks to the energy-mass characteristics of the missile, the range of its combat equipment has fundamentally expanded both in terms of the number of warheads and types, including hypersonic gliders," they wrote in a statement.
Threats against the UK continue to mount after it promised a fresh set of military aid for Ukraine as they enter the second phase of the war, according to the Guardian.
Earlier in April, Britain's junior Defence Ministers Jeremy Quin and James Heappey spoke with Ukraine’s deputy Defence Minister Volodymyr Havrylov about the extra weapons they would supply.
“It was an honour to show Minister Havrylov and his generals the kit the UK hopes to provide next and to discuss some new weapons that have been trialled recently with UK forces,” Minister Heappey said.

Although it’s not certain what weapons will be offered, there are talks that the UK could surrender the AS-90 howitzer to Ukraine, which has a range of nearly 15 miles (25 km), along with 20 mobile artillery pieces and tens of thousands of shells to help them contend with Russia’s arms.
