Social media star Adalia Rose Williams has sadly died at just 15 years old.
The teenager shared her story of her rare genetic condition with the world and gained an army of millions of fans.
A statement released on her Facebook and Instagram pages has confirmed her death and her family has thanked everyone for their support over the years.
"January 12, 2022 at 7pm Adalia Rose Williams was set free from this world," the statement read.
"She came into it quietly and left quietly, but her life was far from it.
"She touched MILLIONS of people and left the biggest imprint in everyone that knew her. She is no longer in pain and is now dancing away to all the music she loves.
"I really wish this wasn't our reality but unfortunately it is. We want to say thank you to everyone that loved and supported her.
"Thank you to all her doctors and nurses that worked for YEARS to keep her healthy.
"The family would now like to mourn this huge loss in private."
Adalia was diagnosed with progeria, which also known as Hutchinson-Gilford syndrome.
It's described as 'an extremely rare, progressive genetic disorder that causes children to age rapidly' and usually begins at around two years old.
The average life expectancy for the disorder is around 13 years old, according to the Mayo Clinic, and there are roughly 400 children around the world living with it at the moment..
Ms Williams' mum said Adalia's diagnosis happened when she was just three.
She chose to use social media as a tool to educate people about the condition and how it can affect a person.
The Texas teenager quickly amassed a huge online following and she had 12 million followers on Facebook and 2.9 million subscribers on YouTube.
Her fans have flocked to the comments section to pay tribute to Adalia for her strength, tenacity and bravery over the years.
One person wrote: "Adalia we've so admired you from afar. You were a bright spot on this earth. I hope you're with Louie, surrounded by makeup, music, and fancy wigs."
Another added: "My heart is breaking for you all. Thank you Adalia for bringing us all into your world. She an amazing young lady that will be missed. Sending love and condolences to you all."
A third said: "I am so sorry to hear this. You have had the privilege of having her in your life as long as you did. Thank you for sharing her with the world."
RIP Adalia, you will be missed.
