If you're a little claustrophobic then you might want to look away now.
A group came across a cave network on an abandoned ranch that was bought by social media star Dr Matt Carriker and they decided to jump in.
While most people would steer well clear of something like that, the lads attached to Underground Explorers thought it would be a fun expedition.

So, they chucked on their wetsuits, loaded up their gear and went in.
They attached cameras to their heads or held them with their hands to film what it was like inside the cave system.
Let's just say that the scenes aren't for the faint-hearted.

The cave is filled with so much water that there is only just enough room for someone to breath and see where they're going.
The group managed to make their way down the tunnel where some parts had a lot more space.
The middle part of the roof of the cave had the most amount of room, so any deviation from that could be a recipe for disaster considering there's very little light to work with.
But they reached a certain part of the system that appeared very difficult to navigate.

It required them to pull themselves through while on their back, meaning they had to look at the roof and hope they were going the right way.
One of the explorers filmed themselves during this bit and he was all smiles during most of it.
However, at one part, his pal started to move back and the explorer panicked.

He moved quickly to the side, but that caused his friend to lose his bearings of where the air pocket was.
The camera went underwater for a few seconds and no doubt everyone watching the video would have held their breath at this point.
Thankfully, he resurfaced and the mate that was backing up also found air again.
He was breathing heavily and seemed pretty freaked out that he almost drowned.

He yelled out that he was backing out and wanted to leave the cave immediately. We can't blame him.
Both the guys involved in the scary moment were bleeding as a result.
People were horrified while watching the clip.
One said: "My biggest fear is drowning this was a hard watch glad you’re safe."
Another added: "Honestly, even though I'm not in the cave I had chills down my spine and praying for your safety."
