Meghan Markle's podcast with Spotify is over after one season.
Archetypes made a huge splash in the podcast game when it was released last year.
It even managed to dethrone Joe Rogan for a hot second as the number one podcast in the world.

The 12 episodes dived into various topics that touched on race, women and the struggles that people go through.
There was no shortage of star power in the podcast, with Meghan managing to secure the likes of Serena Williams, Mariah Carey, Mindy Kaling, Constance Wu, and Paris Hilton to talk about their lives.
The Wall Street Journal says Archetypes was part of a £20 million deal that Meghan and Prince Harry did with Spotify.
However, it seems like the honeymoon period is done and dusted.

Both sides have released a joint statement confirming the deal is all over.
It said: "Spotify and Archewell Audio have mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series that we made together."
The Hollywood Reporter suggests the decision could be due to the 'low output of content' from the podcast.

It was launched in 2020 and there has only been that one 12-episode season.
The outlet says Spotify 'typically requires multiple series or multiple episodes of a show released on a regular basis for its exclusive podcast deals'.
A representative for WME, the Duchess of Sussex’s talent agency, also told The Wall Street Journal: “The team behind Archetypes remain proud of the podcast they created at Spotify.
“Meghan is continuing to develop more content for the Archetypes audience on another platform.”

The deal between the Sussexes and Spotify was one of the first major collaborations when Prince Harry and Meghan decided to pull back from royal duties.
While it might be over, Meghan said she was incredibly 'proud' of the work that was put into the project.
When Archetypes won the top podcast award at the People's Choice Award in Los Angeles last year, she said: "I loved digging my hands into the process, sitting up late at night in bed, working on the writing and creative.

"And I loved digging deep into meaningful conversation with my diverse and inspiring guests, laughing and learning with them. It has been such a labour of love."
It's unclear whether another podcast hosting platform will commission a second season or will help the Sussexes produce more content.
The 12 episodes that were contained in season one will remain on Spotify.
