Nate Diaz was filmed choking out a ‘Logan Paul lookalike’ in the middle of the street following a boxing event in the US.
Quite a lot to unpack there, isn’t there?
The former UFC star was in New Orleans for the Misfits boxing event at XULA Convention Center where his friend Chris Avila had a fight.

However, things took a dramatic turn outside the show with Diaz being filmed getting involved in an altercation with a bloke who he eventually choked out.
In the footage, Diaz can be seen wrapping his arm around the man’s neck, leaving him out cold.
To make the situation even more bizarre, the other fella happened to have a passing resemblance to YouTuber-turned-boxer-turned-WWE-star Logan Paul.

So much so that when Dana White saw footage of the scrap, he initially appeared to believe it was Paul.
In the footage, White is playing a game card when he’s shown the clip and points out: “He knocked him out. Whoever that is, he knocked him out. That guy’s head bounced like a f***ing basketball.” He then points out that the guy is too slim to be Logan Paul.
As you can imagine, the clip has attracted plenty of attention online alongside White’s reaction clip, the footage was also shared by Diaz’s former opponent Conor McGregor, who wrote: “Hahaha Nate on a rampage tonight! Let’s go Nate! Hahaha” and “Lovely little knee to the body hahahaa”.

Other social media users couldn’t quite get past the fact that the man sprawled out on the floor looked like Paul - which is a particularly unusual coincidence given that Diaz is set to fight his brother Jake Paul later this year.
Footage Diaz throwing a water bottle at Too Hot To Handle star Chase DeMoor during the event had already gone viral.
In that clip, security were forced to intervene after Diaz turned around and chucked a water bottle at DeMoor who was sitting behind him.

In a post on Twitter afterwards, DeMoor wrote: “Nate Diaz decided to get mad and throw a prime bottle on me, that's cute bro.
“Just next time don't run. And stop spending your nights in the club trying to use your dried up MMA career to pull college girls while you're out in New Orleans.”
Diaz has not fought professionally since September 2022, when he secured a win against Donald Ferguson.
