Nigella Lawson has been mocked on social media after posting a photo of a very rare steak dish.
The TV cook, who is somehow 62 years old and looks amazing for her age, by the way, shared a snap of her plate on Sunday (30 January).
The plate was made up of an Aberdeen Angus tomahawk steak with 'green' sauce, sides of new potatoes and salad.
However, people took issue with how 'bright red' the steak was and it being 'so rare it could be heard mooing'.
Her caption read: "Forgot to post the glorious main course after the prawns last night: a gorgeous @meatpeter Aberdeen Angus tomahawk steak with green sauce (parsley, chives, lemon zest and juice, anchovies, chilli and olive oil); steamed new potatoes with olive oil and chives, roast onions with thyme, and castelfranco and red chicory salad out of shot.
"And I have an old-fashioned sandwich loaf ready to make luscious sandwiches with the leftovers today!"
Although that description is enough to make most salivate, many were not a fan with how rare that steak was.
One user wrote: "Can’t wait to see it cooked," while another added: "It's RAW."
A third commented: "A good vet could save it."
Someone else joined in: "I can hear that mooing from here."
However, some thought it was perfectly cooked.
One asked: "Can you please say how you cooked it to have this way? Thank you. It looks delicious."
A second added: "That steak has been cooked to SHEER PERFECTION! The pinkness."
Someone joked: "That beef looks BLOODY good!"
And this isn't the first time Nigella has divided opinion with a dish.
She once ruffled some feathers when she cooked spaghetti combined with Marmite. Yep, marmite.
"So many of you know and love this already, and the rest of you are probably horrified by it: #RecipeOfTheDay is Spaghetti with Marmite," she tweeted.
Nigella explained that Aussies could substitute the Marmite for Vegemite, while asking Italians to go easy on her.
"There must be something wrong with you," one fan wrote on Instagram, where she also posted the article.
Someone else referred to it as 'an abomination', while a third commented: "I am absolutely appalled, Nigella! Vegemite on buttered toast is divine but with pasta?"
