A mum has held back tears after watching her son get taken to a brothel by a very kind-hearted influencer.
Willem Powerfish took Jake, his mum Gail, his carer Banish and his friend Kyle out for a day of fishing.
Jake has been a quadriplegic for more than a decade after he was involved in a devastating car accident on New Year's Eve.

He slammed into a power pole and now only has the use of his thumbs and mouth.
During this expedition in New South Wales, which was the first time he'd been fishing in 12 years, Powerfish asked Gail whether Jake has had any girlfriends since that fateful day.
The social media influencer said in a TikTok video narration: "She'd never actually brought it up with him in 12 years."

So, he decided asked whether she would be comfortable with him taking Jake to a brothel and she said yes.
In the viral clip, Willem said to Jake: "You can decide if you like the woman or not, if you don't like it you don't have to do it but I'm very happy to shout you a session."
They cut the fishing trip short and made a beeline for Le Penthouse Suites.
It seems like the expedition to the brothel was a big success and Gail was emotional when it was all done and dusted.

Gail spoke to the sex worker who was with Jake and 'she said she did a few things and then it was very erect so she got on top and he did the whole thing'.
She was incredibly grateful to Powerfish for setting up the meeting.
The Australian mum said it's an important factor to highlight for people living with disabilities.

"I hope it gets through to some people that even though we have brain injuries or impairments, we still have needs," she said on the TikTok video.
Willem used to work in disability care before he became an internet icon, so he knows first-hand what people like Jake have and are lacking in their day-to-day lives that many of us would take for granted.
Powerfish echoed Gail's comments and said: "One of our patients had cerebral palsy and we used to take him to the brothel.
"I'm hoping people who see this and do have family members with impairments of any sort... We're all human and we all have needs."
