Prince Harry has spoken about the reason why he and Meghan Markle plan to stay in the US 'for good'.
It's been some time since they decided to hop across the pond and set up a life for themselves and their two children in the US, and besides a few trips back to the UK for big events, they've largely stuck around.
While they've seemed pretty happy with the life they've got in America, there's always been the question hanging over Harry as to whether he'd ever decide to return to Blighty at some point.

However, that doesn't sound like it's likely to happen as when he attended the New York Times Dealbook Summit yesterday (4 December), he spoke about his family plans to stay where he was.
At the same event he was also asked about the rumours of divorce between him and Meghan since they were doing separate public events, but he told Andrew Ross Sorkin the reason why they weren't doing events together right now was 'because you invited me'.
Harry said the constant speculation about his life and marriage was 'definitely not a good thing' as he said there had been '10 or 12' claims that he and Meghan had moved house when they hadn't or that they were planning on divorcing when they weren't.

He added that he actually felt sorry for the trolls who seemed to get their hopes up so much for things that weren't happening.
As for him and Meghan being unlikely to return to the UK, he said that his family 'very much enjoys' living in the US and said he felt that the life he has over there is 'the life my mum wanted'.
Harry explained that his family was given a level of privacy they wouldn't get in the UK, and that meant there were things they could do over there which they wouldn't be allowed to do if they still lived in Britain.
The prince said that right now he was focused on doing the best he could for his family, and said that life in the royal family was being like 'trapped within this bubble'.

He said: "I think again, when you are kind of trapped within this bubble, it kind of feels like there’s no way out.
"What happened to my mum and the fact that I was a kid and felt helpless, there comes the inner turmoil. I felt helpless.
"One of my biggest weaknesses is feeling helpless."

Last year Harry and Meghan were 'requested to vacate' Frogmore Cottage in the UK, though by this time they had long since moved to California.
