A couple heading off on their honeymoon ended up getting a bit disappointed with the seats on their flight after they discovered they wouldn't get to look out of the window.
Meteorologist Mark Bowe tweeted a picture of himself and his new bride on their Ryanair flight to their honeymoon in Ibiza saying they'd been excited to see the views from the plane.

Instead, as his picture showed, if they looked to their left the newlyweds would get a great view of the plane interior, as while they had seats away from the middle aisle there wasn't a window located on their row.
If they wanted to see the sights from many thousands of feet in the air they'd have to peer through the window a row ahead of them, which was unlikely to give either Mark or his wife a great view of the world.
Mark's Twitter post sarcastically said he was 'hitting home runs with flights for my wedding', wanting to know '#wheresmywindow' and writing 'cheers @ryanair'.
The budget airline is no stranger to clapping back at customers on social media and quoted Mark's tweet, saying: "She’s regretting marrying someone who can’t read the fine print." It didn't end there though...
Presumably, the small details on Mark's flight booking would have let him know that sitting as far away from the aisle as possible doesn't guarantee you a window seat on the plane.

The Ryanair Twitter admin said there was such a thing as 'random seat allocation' and whoever was running the account was far from done.
Someone replying to Ryanair's tweet with 'LOOOOOOOOL Rynair admin your days are numbered' got hit back with the quip 'like this marriage'.
Meanwhile, in its Twitter bio it says 'we sell seats, not windows', and someone brought this to Mark's attention telling him 'they have absolutely done you in their bio'.

Passengers flying with Ryanair recently had a somewhat scary experience last month when the landing gear on one of its flights from Liverpool to Dublin collapsed.
Officials said there had been a 'minor issue' with the plane's landing gear but thankfully there had been no injuries reported in the incident.
Footage of the landing showed the malfunctioning plane letting out a shower of sparks across the runway as the front part of the landing gear scraped against the ground.
Meanwhile, a passenger was recently left gobsmacked after their Ryanair airline security code contained an incredibly rude word.
