We've obviously all had that chat at the pub about who's got the best quality sperm, but now one man has claimed that his is different to every other bloke's on the planet.
You might be wondering which man would say something so brave yet so controversial. Or, if you're a regular visitor to LADbible, you might already know exactly who we are talking about.
It is, of course, Bryan Johnson.
The American entrepreneur has gone viral for his weird experiments in recent years, whether it's ranking his nighttime erections against his son, or even boasting about the quality of his girlfriend's vagina.

After his recent experience with 'the world's most powerful hallucinogenic', 48-year-old Johnson has now experienced a different kind of high after discovering that he has 'no microplastics in his balls'.

He took to X to share the wonderful news, saying: "This should not be possible.
"Studies show that 100 per cent of men have microplastics in their semen. I am the first human ever to show a complete reduction to zero.
"This may be a world-first breakthrough in fertility research.
"I had 165 microplastic particles in my semen just 18 months ago. Now, I have zero."

He continued: "Five published studies have measured microplastics in human semen. Two found them in 100 per cent of men. The other three found then in 44 to 76% per cent of men tested, but those used methods that miss the smallest particles and the clear ones. Corrected for that, the real rate is likely 100 per cent. Almost every man alive has plastic in his semen right now. The same applies to testicular tissue, testing 100% positive for microplastics."
Now, I don't want to speak for the entire male population here but I'm fairly certain nobody I know has ever had their crown jewels tested for microplastic content, so Johnson might have jumped the gun slightly here.
However, there's no doubting that it's an impressive feat, and you might be wondering exactly how he managed to have literally cleaned up his act, or is it sack?
Johnson seemingly had three different methods, with trips to the sauna, water filters and reducing plastic content the trick to getting safer sperm.

The venture capitalist wrote: "1. Sauna (dry). My toxin blood panel confirms sauna clears plastic related chemicals: BPA, phthalates, PFAS, flame retardants, pesticides. The plastic particles themselves are too big to sweat out directly. Heat may activate other clearance routes: bile flow through the liver, the cell's internal cleanup system, and the gut barrier. Humans have almost no enzymes that can break plastic apart, so the body has to physically push it out.
"2. Reverse osmosis water filter. Drinking water is likely a major source of microplastic getting into your body. A reverse osmosis filter pushes water through a very tight membrane and strains the particles out. I filter everything I drink.
"3. Trying to rid my environment of the big plastic items: cutting boards, cups, plates, food storage containers, non-stick pans, cling wrap, tea bags, water bottles, kitchen utensils, kettles, and synthetic clothing. Note, as hard as I try, I'm always finding new plastic things in my life. This can be all-consuming thing so try to just knock out the big ones.
"I did all three interventions at the same time. I cannot say which one did the most work. What I can say is this: going from 165 to zero in 18 months is possible."
So, there you have it folks, if you have enough money and time you can probably do the same, and of the many weird and wonderful tests that Johnson has done in his quest to live forever, this one might actually be worth listening to.
Bryan Johnson’s wildest experiments in his quest to ‘live forever’
De-ageing his penis

While the thought of it may make you wince, Johnson has been putting his manhood through the wringer in the hopes of bringing back his '22-year-old penis'. From semen analysis and blood flow testing to Botox injections and shock wave therapy, he seems to have done it all.
The biohacker claimed to have been able to lower his 'erection age' by over half thanks to this long-winded ritual.
As well as keeping track of his own 'erection data', Johnson has also been controversially comparing the stats to his 19-year-old son's.
Injecting himself with his son’s blood

The biohacker went viral in 2023 after sharing that he'd come together with his then-17-year-old son and his 70-year-old father to take part in what he described as 'the world’s first multigenerational plasma exchange'.
The process saw Johnson have a litre of his blood removed and separated the plasma. He then had the same amount of his son's plasma infused into his veins.
However, after seeing 'no benefits', Johnson announced he was 'no longer injecting my son's blood'.
Instead, he said he 'upgraded' to 'total plasma exchange'.
Psychedelics

Last year, the biohacker documented his trip after taking 5mg of magic mushrooms. Afterwards, he admitted he was 'happy to be alive' and the experience had 'changed' him, but 'probably not as you’d expect'.
Johnson also shared the effects of taking 27mg of the 'world’s most powerful' hallucinogenic, 5-MeO-DMT, which left him 'stunned beyond comprehension'.
An extensive morning routine

Johnson recently shared an update on what he does each morning, noting that it takes four hours and 46 minutes.
"My morning routine is always evolving as we update protocols. This is what I'm experimenting with right now," he writes on his website.
1. Wake up around 5 am
2. Oral hygiene
3. Light in eyes
4. Breath work
5. Pre-workout nutrition
6. Exercise
7. Sauna
8. Red/NIR light therapy
9. Focused shockwave therapy on joints
10. Shower
11. Hair growth serum
12. Skincare
13. Breakfast
