While it's been decades since football came home for the men's team, two England players were once heading home very happy indeed after hooking up with a physiotherapist.

Well, that's according to the saucy health expert, at least.

The anonymous woman has made the wild claim that she had threesome with two senior England football players in her treatment room.

The author has caused a bit of a stir with her new book, The Sports Physio, which sees her lift the lid on her career as a physiotherapist at the top level of sports.

In the bombshell book, she claims to have had relations with tennis players, rugby players and an unknown England cricket player.

The threesome apparently took place in the treatment room.

However, it's an occasion allegedly involving some 'very famous' England players that has grabbed many people's attention.

In a chapter titled 'Getting to grips with the national game', the woman explained how a well-known footballer apparently seduced her at the training ground she was treating players in.

She writes: "He stripped down to a tiny towel and lay on my massage bed. I began to work at his muscles, kneading them gently and commenting on any knots or muscular issues I spotted along the way.

"You're very good at this, aren't you?' he said, as I pointed out where I thought he'd had previous injuries. 'I've got a lot of experience,' I said. 'I bet you have,' he replied

"It was all banter at this stage. He was just a footballer confronted by a woman and was unable to do anything but flirt. I didn't think for a minute that he fancied me.

"Then, the tone of the conversation became fruitier. ‘Do you wear lingerie beneath that uniform?’, ‘You are very beautiful’, ‘I'd love to see you naked’. The compliments came thick and fast..."

The woman went on to say that the tone of the conversation became 'fruiter', with the England footballer apparently telling her he would 'love' to see her naked.

The routine massage turned rather fruity.

Leaving little to the imagination, the author said that the footballer then touched he leg, asking her: "Is that okay?"

Spoiler alert: It was okay.

She then said she had sex with the footballer before a second 'equally famous' one walked into the treatment room, which lead to them casually having a threesome... as you do.

The anonymous writer has been speaking to the Daily Mail in regards to the book, claiming that several of the sportsmen have been in touch with her begging not to reveal their identities.

"Six sports stars have contacted me this week – all eager for me not to reveal their identities," the author told the Mail.

"'I told them I would never do that and their identities will go to the grave with me."
