Well lads, we've actually done it. Despite anything we might have all been shouting at our tellies earlier, England are through to the quarter-finals.
Even if it might have been a frustrating bit of football (for a little too long by the way, Gareth Southgate), the Three Lions defeated Slovakia 2-1 tonight (30 June) at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen.
So maybe it was worth a 'hero' celebrity at Glastonbury setting up a telly for campers to watch the Euros after all.

Despite our opponents getting a goal in within the first half, and us all biting off our nails for the majority of the match, Jude Bellingham scored a late goal in added time to take us through to extra time.
And then, a total saving grace, captain Harry Kane banged one in for us in the first 15 minutes. The winning f**king goal.
So now it really still could be coming home - get in. And let's keep up the hope, England are going to win, England are going to win, England are going to win...

But if we do reach the Euro 2024 final, there's a list of teams we might need to beat and when we'll play them over the next few weeks.
Making it through the last-16, England will now face Switzerland in the quarter-finals next Saturday (6 July), kicking off at 5pm UK time, after they beat Italy on Saturday (29 June).
Then, if we win that, it's time for the semi-finals on either 9 or 10 July. As it stands we could be facing Romania, Austria, Turkey or the Netherlands. And let's be honest, that really doesn't sound too bad, does it?

So lads, get crossing those fingers, doing whatever weird little rituals you and your mates have and just hope we make it to the Euro 2024 final on 14 July - and beat whoever we end up facing there.
Come on England!
England fans praised for behaviour so far
Let's be honest England fans have developed a bit of a bad rep over the years, but it seems that Police over in Gelsenkirchen and Frankfurt, Germany, have been impressed by their good behaviour so far.

“Around 10,000 England fans gathered in Cologne last night, Monday June 24,” the UK Football Policing Unit said in a statement.
“There were no reports of disorder and no arrests of any England fans were made.
“This is indicative of what we have seen across Germany so far, with the vast majority of England fans behaving extremely well.”
