Delsi-May Watkins-Campbell has managed to prove that the saying 'mother knows best' isn't just a turn of phrase, but that it actually rings true after her prophecy during an incredible pub rant became a reality,
The mum of everyone's current favourite England player, Ollie Watkins, was filmed in a UK boozer sharing a few suggestions for England manager Gareth Southgate ahead of the Three Lions' clash against the Netherlands.
As you are probably already aware, supporters haven't been entirely happy with the gaffer's decision-making throughout Euro 2024 and he has faced a lot of flack for the team's formation and delaying substitutes.

But it turned out that the 52-year-old timed them perfectly in last night's semi-finals, as Aston Villa ace Watkins managed to bag an iconic goal in the 90th minute to secure England’s spot in the Euros final.
He took the score to 2-1 at the eleventh hour, following on from captain Harry Kane's controversial penalty which allowed the lads to equalise after Dutch star Xavi Simons snuck one past Jordan Pickford in the seventh minute of the match.
For those who didn't watch the action in real time, Southgate decided to swap Kane and Bukayo Saka for Watkins and Cole Palmer in the 81st minute - and thank god he did.

And after seeing the video of Delsi-May which is currently going viral, football fans are wondering whether the England manager might have been persuaded into it by a stern word from the mum on the microphone in her local pub.
Addressing punters, she said: "On Wednesday, [my wish is] that they finally let my son come on the f***ing pitch!"
The mum, who is reportedly a professional singer who goes by the stage name Ruby Washington, must have been buzzing when she finally got her wish and watched her son storm onto the pitch to bag the winning goal last night.
Take a look at this:
Social media users thought the moment captured on film was incredible and flooded the comment sections with praise.

A third added: "This made me cry - I’m so glad she got to see her son play like an absolute legend. She must be so proud."
A fourth chimed in: "We love a passionate mum!"

While a fifth commented: "Mums always know!"
It seems Delsi-May isn't the only one in the family with supposed abilities to predict the future either, as Watkins also revealed that he forecasted his photo-finish shot.
The 28-year-old said that he had an inkling he would come off the bench and make some game-changing moves.

Watkins explained in a post-match interview: "I swear on my life, I swear on my kids' life, I said to Cole Palmer, we’re coming on and you’re going to set me up today.
"And that’s why I was so happy. I knew as soon as he got the ball he was going to play me and then you’ve got to be greedy: touch and finish. And when I seen it go in the bottom corner… oh my life.
"I’m lost for words, when you score there’s emotions that come through your body but this is just a different feeling it was like slow motion," the dad-of-two added.
"I didn’t want to leave the pitch I just wanted to soak it all in. I don’t think I’ve hit a ball that sweet."
Watkins was deservedly given the Player of the Match award for his incredible work on the pitch.
He said he had been 'waiting for that moment for weeks', seen as though he hasn't been utilised much throughout the Euros and only had 20 minutes of play when England took on Denmark in the second group stage.
Which, let's be honest, seems a world away now.
But with the emotional rollercoaster Brits have been on while throwing their support behind the Three Lions, is it any wonder that we've lost all track of time?
Now, only Spain stand in our way of it coming home - so keep everything crossed that Watkins makes another extraordinary play in Sunday's (14 July) final.
