Retired MMA star Michael Bisping, 45, took to social media to explain how he chased after a man in Paris who stole his wife's bag while they were having breakfast.

The retired British mixed martial artist, who spent 13 years in the UFC, opened up about the incident in a video posted on X yesterday (1 October).
Bisping was walking through the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles while explaining what went down.

"But earlier today, I had to stop a crime. Sitting there having breakfast with Rebecca on the streets of Montmartre in Paris, and some little s**t snatches Rebecca's bag, runs away," he said.
"So I chase after him, get a hold of him, he had the bag already hidden in like a towel.
"Got the bag off him, he didn't speak a word of English obviously.

"I didn't do anything to him.
"Got the bag back, he was s**tting his pants poor guy.
"He was like 'please please please, oh merci merci merci'.
"Anyway, I let him go, turned around boom, just gave him a nice little kick up the a**e, little s**t.

"Palace of Versailles very very beautiful, but I'll tell you what it is absolutely packed. Anyway, see you in a bit."
Fans were quick to comment on the clip, pointing out how the robber was never going to get away with it.

Known for his striking ability, Bisping defeated Luke Rockhold to become the first British fighter to win a UFC Championship in 2016.
