Paddy Pimblett has been slammed for his actions in the pub after England lost to Spain on Sunday (14 July).
Better known as Paddy the Baddy, the UFC star watched the Three Lions in the Euro 2024 final while they were defeated 2-1.
And while most of us were probably a bit (ok, a lot) gutted that Gareth Southgate’s side had lost, the Scouser seemed to be absolutely buzzing.

When Mikel Oyarzabal banged in the late winning goal, the rest of the pub Paddy was in understandably were fuming, upset, angry, defeated – you know, all of the bad.
But the Baddy filmed himself on social media celebrating Spain’s win while shouting insults at his mates around him.
“Yes! Look at all your faces, you f**ing Woolybacks,” he shouted.

For those of you who’ve not faced being branded with that (or used it yourself), that’s a Scouse insult to describe someone who lives in the area but isn’t actually from Liverpool.
“Yes! F**king get in! You gang of f**king Wool’s,” he continued. “You gang of Woollyback’s! You f***ing mings!”
Paddy’s mates laughed at his wild outburst and seemed to smirk at his attempt to insult them.
With a lot of people simply not getting his total joy over Spain’s victory, he took to Instagram yesterday to explain just why he was so made up.

He wrote: “So a lot of ppl are making a big deal out of this video so I’m putting it up myself for yous all to see.
“I had a bet with a few of my mates in the pub and if England wud have won I wudda had to pay out £3000, also everyone jumped on me and celebrated on me 10 mins earlier when England scored. How can yous expect me not to return the favor a few mins later.”
On a second slide, he continued to explain: “That’s what it feels like winning 3k in the last minute of the match anyone that says they wouldn’t celebrate winning a bet like that yous are absolutely crazy.”

Like many Liverpudlians, Paddy has previously explained he doesn’t support the men’s England national team due to chants that are sometimes sung out by fans of Liverpool’s Premier League rivals.
Of course, plenty of people in the city do support England, but many of us who have spent time in Liverpool or been to Anfield will have seen the words ‘Scouse not English’.
LADbible has contacted Pimblett's reps for comment.
