After the mega success of last year’s charity bucket hats, KFC has released its 2022 designs - all in support of Comic Relief this Red Nose Day.
For the second year running, the KFC Foundation has partnered with Comic Relief to raise money for charity and help young people across the UK fulfil their potential.
And this year, KFC has well and truly put the chic in chicken.

Fried chicken fashionistas have been treated to some brand new designs and the hats have even been switched from cotton to cool corduroy. There’s even an option to personalise them - time to start thinking up some witty chicken puns!
Being the absolute style icon that he is, The Colonel’s Bucket Hats are not only corduroy, but have a reversible design, so you can switch between red and white depending on what mood you’re in.
Last year’s hats completely sold out so if you want one, you better move quickly!

And this year, they’ve really pulled out all the stops by launching The Colonel’s Hattery - an exclusive personal hat fitting experience.
Fried chicken lovers can feel like the fashion icons they are by heading down to The Hattery in Soho on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th March, where you can personalise your Bucket Hat in whatever style you like.
You’ll be helped by the Rad Hatter, a personal style guru, who will make your dream Bucket Hat a reality. KFC has also teamed up with Hand & Lock, Britain’s oldest embroidery atelier, to help deliver all the personalisation options that include bespoke pins and patches, digital embroidery and hand stitching.
If you fancy bringing some bling to your Bucket Hat there’s even a rhinestone option. I mean, it’s all in the name of charity, so why not go all out?

Tickets for The Colonel’s Hattery can be purchased here for £30, which snaps up your bucket hat and all personalisation options, as well as including an extra donation of £5 to Comic Relief. Plus, you’ll get a £10 voucher to spend on your favourite fried chicken.
KFC like to do their bit all year round by donating 5p from every Sharing Bucket to Comic Relief, and to celebrate Red Rose Day, they’re upping the donation to £1 between 14th-18th March.
