The suspect in a triple murder in Bushey remains in a 'serious condition' in hospital and has not yet spoken with officers, Hertfordshire police have said.
The force issued an update on Kyle Clifford's condition after he was apprehended yesterday (10 July) in the Enfield area of north London following a huge manhunt.
Cops launched a massive search for the 26-year-old following the horrific murders of Carol Hunt, 61 - the wife of BBC racing commentator John Hunt - and their two daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25.

Clifford, who is understood to have left the British Army in 2022 after a brief period of service, was tracked down in a cemetery by officers and was then taken to hospital to receive treatment for injuries.
No shots were fired by police during the detainment.
According to the force, the suspect was taken to a major trauma centre and remains in a serious condition.
He is still yet to speak with officers.

A crossbow has also been recovered as part of the investigation, Hertfordshire Police said, while they added that the force had not received any previous reports regarding Clifford.
Detective Superintendent Rob Hall, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, paid tribute to the three women who were tragically found dead at a home in Bushey shortly before 7pm on Tuesday (9 July).
He said: "Our thoughts remain with the victims’ family and loved ones at this devastating and indescribable time. They are being supported by specially trained officers.

"This was an unprecedented attack and we are determined to understand the full circumstances of what happened that evening and the events leading up to it. We are wholly committed to seeking justice for the victims and their family."
Devastated friends and family have paid tribute to the mother and her daughters, laying a horde of flowers close to the police cordon near the scene.
A vigil was held in honour of Carol, Hannah and Louise at St James’ Church on Thursday (11 July), which was attended by crowds of locals who wished to pay their respects.

Lea Holloway, 60, who knew the mum since they were 16, said: "This is the stuff nightmares are made of.
"I was there the night she met John (Hunt). It was in a nightclub in Hemel Hempstead. We went out together, went to birthdays and events. It’s very difficult. She was the nicest, kindest, sweetest person you could ever meet.
"A beautiful person."
Clifford’s former employer has since spoken out to confirm they have had no further communication with him since he left the company in July last year.

Fire and security installation company Amthal, based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, said in a statement: "Kyle Clifford was employed from February 22, 2023 to July 20, 2023.
"Since he departed from Amthal in July 2023, we have had no further communication with Mr Clifford."
