A woman couldn't believe her luck after an Evri driver's shocking act was caught on camera.
Melanie Hawkins had scheduled two parcels to arrive at her ex-boyfriend's house in Portsmouth over the weekend.
As reported by the Daily Mail, she was waiting on a £60 package from Shein and some bits from George at Asda.

After getting a confirmation of delivery notification at around 3.30pm on Saturday, she went and collected her items, only to notice that something was missing.

The CCTV footage taken by her neighbour's security system shows the driver walking through the gate and up to the home with two parcels and a cardboard box.
He seemingly places the packages on the doorstep, takes a picture for confirmation purposes, and then picks up one package again.
The courier shockingly walks off with the parcel, according to the Mail who have seen the full clip.

"I had a delivery notification come through in the afternoon at around 3.30pm on Saturday," Melanie told MailOnline. "I live in a flat and there is nowhere for the driver to leave it, so I had it sent to my ex-boyfriend's house.
"I messaged the neighbour and asked if she could put the parcel in her porch and told her I would come and collect them the next morning.
"When I went round on Sunday, there was only one of the two parcels. We went outside to have a look for it but we could not find it anywhere."

Melanie was able to look at the footage via her neighbour's security planner placed on the windowsill on her front room.

She then contacted Evri through their online chat service.
"I wasn't able to speak to a person, I had to use the online chat. I told them that my driver had taken the photograph and then taken the parcel back with him," she explained.
"It would not let me attach the video as evidence, but I attached it as a reply when I received a confirmation email."
Melanie, who has now received the parcel, has accused the Evri driver of 'stealing' but the company said they are still working to determine what happened.
A spokesperson for Evri told LADbible Group that they 'have a zero-tolerance approach to theft' and that they 'take any allegations of this very seriously'.

"We are investigating this as a priority and are in contact with the customer, Melanie, to ensure that this is appropriately resolved for them," they said.
