Gordon Ramsay's £13million pub has been taken over by at least six squatters who have put up a 'legal warning'.
The group locked themselves inside the former York & Albany hotel and gastropub situated outside Regent’s Park, with new images having emerged over the weekend.
Calling themselves 'The Occupiers', they put up a notice on the door, which said the group had a right to occupy the venue.

“Take notice that we occupy this property and at all times there is at least one person in occupation," the note read.
“That any entry or attempt to enter into these premises without our permission is therefore a criminal offence as any one of us who is in physical possession is opposed to such entry without our permission.
“That if you attempt to enter by violence or by threatening violence we will prosecute you.

“You may receive a sentence of up to six months’ imprisonment and/or a fine of up to £5,000.
“That if you want to get us out you will have to issue a claim for possession in the County Court or in the High Court.”
The TV chef has reportedly been in touch with the Metropolitan Police, who have said in a statement: “Police were made aware of squatters at a disused property in Parkway, Regent’s Park, NW1 on Wednesday, 10 April.

“This is a civil matter and so police did not attend the property.”
Following an update on Saturday (13 April) morning, The Sun has shared images of two masked squatters in black tracksuits exiting the property.
While carrying backpacks and carrier bags, they reportedly ran away before they could be approached for comment.
A source claimed to the outlet: “It’s an absolute nightmare scenario for poor Gordon.

“The pub was temporarily closed whilst he was finalising a new lease, and during this handover period a gang of professional squatters somehow bypassed all the security and CCTV, and got themselves in.
“They’ve now boarded themselves in the building and are slowly taking over the place, leaving their crap everywhere and brazenly telling locals this is now their home.
“They’ve glued tight all the locks and are cooking up a storm in the kitchen, which is especially galling for Gordon.”

Ramsay purchased the Grade II-listed property from film director Gary Love on a 25-year term, with an annual rent of £640,000.
In 2015, the Kitchen Nightmares star was at the losing end of a legal battle to get out of the lease at the High Court.
Legally, squatters can only apply to become the registered owners of a property if they have occupied it for 10 years in a row.
LADbible has contacted Gordon Ramsay's representatives for comment.
